Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in downtown Alexandria; Latin District is full of historical buildings with ancient architecture. In the design of our building we considered the history of the neighborhood and also the modern times we live in. Combining both old and modern architecture, Seif Latin Building is truly a masterpiece in its kind. It has only five floors with two residential apartments in each. We also provide commercial areas for rent and sale for selected types of business in order to ensure the residents comfort.
